19th and 20th of May 2009, bike 30,000 went off in a shipment to the Kaloko Trust in Zambia.
The bike was donated by Trevor Moles of Colchester. It belonged to his wife's Aunt who sadly broke her hip and is no longer able to ride, but wanted her bike to be given to someone in Africa. -

We did our first loading from the new Collection Hub at Able & Cole's Wimbledon depot.
Some of the old hands from Colchester came and a load of new London volunteers have started to learn the art of packing bikes into a container. Thanks to all of you, and the prep crew, and Abel&Cole and their volunteers :)
The bikes are going to a women's project run by the Village Bicycle Project (VBP), including the tracking bikes.
