(Geoff: I am guessing that the idea is to have an alternative link that opens the pdf for me to view in the browser, But for me, on Firefox, clicking the current link already does this. Any got any ideas on how this issue is normally solved?)

http://www.concern.net/en has nice / poss useful thing at the top to change colour and font size - should we have something like this?

(Geoff: Not sure what the point is - I can already resize text and colour using the browser controls. Is this aimed at people whose browsers don't do this, or dont do it well? Perhaps a bit of background motivation for this would help.)
