This is just some ideas, to get people started, but work out a system / suggestions and put it here.
And can set up a page for each country, and combine all the links into one place, then divide up which ones to check through.
Perhaps best find someone 'in the business' in different areas of the country.
Questions and issues:
- What's the best way to ensure lack of duplication? Figure there's lots of lists of bike projects online, suggest set up an alphabetical master list in the working page, and a list of web sites with a number of projects, then mark how if the web site has been added to the main list
