There are 5 images in this galleryMon, 28/09/2009 - 15:34On October the 1st Rob will be departing from Cirencester to cycle, swim and run his way to the 2010 World Cup in South Africa for the charity Re-Cycle.
To complete this epic solo triathlon he will have the daunting task of swimming 20km across the Strait of Gibraltar - one of the world’s busiest and roughest shipping lanes, cycling over 19,000 km through 21 countries down the West coast of Africa taking in some of the continent’s most inhospitable and remote terrain, and running 89 grueling km in the world’s oldest and largest ultra marathon – South Africa’s Comrades Marathon.
With only 8 adventure filled months to travel this distance it promises to be an incredible physical and mental challenge.We salute him!

There are 16 images in this galleryMon, 13/09/2010 - 01:36For a long time we are going on a one-week bicycle tour every year. Our new project is to ride from Glasgow to Istanbul. We will start on July 31st 2010 and will continue the tour every year exactly at the point where we arrived the year before. We expect to finish after 6500 km/4000 Miles on the Bosporus Bridge. All our supporters are invited to celebrate our arrival and great finish in Istanbul in summer 2022 !
We are looking forward to this fantastic opportunity to raise funds for Re~Cycle. Starting point to this exiting journey will be the Re~Cycle drop-off location in Glasgow. We will post further info while our preparation progresses.
