The Village Bicycle Project are a fantastic partner based in Accra, with lots of rural projects all over Ghana. VBP was set up by David Peckham, an American ex-peace corps, who spends a few months a year in Africa.

Their main focus is on mechanic training and getting bicycle tools into the country. To start with, they were selling tools below cost price to stimulate the market, but have had such success that they're now selling wholesale. On top of this, mechanics that are helping to deliver the training get discounted tools.
